This Privacy Policy describes how Next Estimate LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nextestimateagency.com, including our quiz pages, and when you use the demonstration site operated under the name "Demo Fence Co." (together, the "Site"). Demo Fence Co. is a fictional business used to show the Next Estimate product.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate on the Site, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Name (first and last)
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Property address
- Project details you type into the form (fence type, notes, etc.)
- A satellite-map image of the fence line you trace, if applicable
When you take our quiz, we also collect your answers, your company name, city and website.
We also automatically collect limited technical information such as your browser type, IP address, and referral source.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Generate your fence-estimate PDF
- Follow up with you via SMS and/or email about your quote request
- Improve the demonstration product and related services

SMS messaging
By submitting the estimate form and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Demo Fence Co. (operated by Next Estimate LLC) at the mobile number you provide. These messages relate to your quote request, scheduling, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. You can request help by replying HELP.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other information sharing described in this policy excludes SMS originator opt-in data and consent.

This Site uses cookies, Meta's pixel and analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity and PostHog) that record how visitors use our pages, such as clicks and scrolling. Demo conversations and contact records are retained for up to 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. If you submit a real inquiry, retention follows our business-records schedule.
