Demo Fence Co. is a fictional business used solely to demonstrate the Next Estimate AI Salesman product to prospective fence-contractor customers. No actual fencing services are offered or sold through this Site. Quotes displayed are illustrative and do not constitute an offer to perform work.
Estimator output
The price range produced by the online estimator is a ballpark only, based on satellite imagery, user input, and demo pricing rules. It is not a final quote. Real-world installation prices depend on terrain, access, materials, permitting, and other factors that require an in-person visit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information on the Site
- Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Site or its underlying systems
- Use the Site to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person
- Reverse-engineer the AI conversation agent
Intellectual property
The Site, its contents, and the Next Estimate software are owned by Next Estimate LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Site without prior written consent.

Governing law
